Eligibility Requirements
Given the size, weight, and assembly nature of furniture, our return/exchange policy is tailored to protect both you and the integrity of our products:
  • Eligible Items: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for Living room sofas, Dressing tables, and Furniture shims that meet these criteria:
  • Unused, unassembled (for Dressing tables), and in original condition (no scratches on sofa fabric, no dents on Dressing table frames, no opened packaging for Furniture shims).
  • Still in original packaging with all parts, hardware, and instruction manuals included (critical for assembling Dressing tables or using Furniture shims).
  • Living room sofas must have no tears in fabric, no loose legs, and no damage to cushions; Dressing tables must have intact mirrors (if included) and undamaged drawers.
  • Non-Eligible Items:
  • Assembled Dressing tables (disassembly risks damage to parts; we cannot resell assembled furniture).
  • Living room sofas that have been used (e.g., cushion indentations, fabric stains) or moved from the delivery location.
  • Opened or used Furniture shims (due to hygiene and resale concerns—shims may collect dust or debris after use).
  • Customized items (e.g., personalized Dressing tables, made-to-order Living room sofas) unless they arrive with manufacturing defects.
  • Final Sale items (marked “Final Sale”—e.g., clearance Dressing tables or discontinued sofa styles).
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
  1. Submit a Request: Email bash-seer49@icloud.com with your order number, item type (e.g., “L-Shaped Living room sofa,” “Wooden Dressing table with Mirror,” “Rubber Furniture shims”), and reason for return/exchange (e.g., “sofa too big for room,” “Dressing table mirror cracked,” “Furniture shims wrong size”). Include clear photos of the item (front, back, and any defects—e.g., a scratch on sofa arm or a broken dresser drawer) to speed up review.
  1. Receive Approval: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days (extra time for large furniture inspections). If approved, we will send:
  • A pre-paid return label (for small items like Furniture shims) or a scheduled pickup confirmation (for large items like Living room sofas/Dressing tables—we arrange professional movers to avoid damage). We cover return shipping/pickup costs if the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged.
  • Self-shipping instructions (you cover costs for size swaps or change-of-mind returns; we recommend hiring furniture movers for sofas/dressers to prevent damage).
  1. Prepare for Return/Pickup: For large furniture:
  • Keep all original packaging (critical for safe transport).
  • Ensure the item is unassembled (if applicable) and accessible for movers (e.g., clear entryways for sofas).
  • For small items (Furniture shims), ship to our address within 7 days of approval.
Refund & Exchange Timelines
  • Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days of receiving/picking up the item (extended time for large furniture inspections). Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and you will receive an email once complete.
  • Exchanges: We will ship your replacement item (e.g., a smaller Living room sofa, correct-size Furniture shims) within 3–5 business days of verifying the returned item meets eligibility requirements. Exchange shipping/pickup for large furniture is free for non-custom items.
