Terms & Conditions
Order Acceptance
Your order is confirmed only when we send a formal order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders for:
- Stock shortages (for non-custom furniture).
- Pricing errors (e.g., incorrect sale prices due to technical glitches).
- Incomplete delivery information (e.g., no access notes for sofa delivery—we will contact you to confirm before canceling).
- Suspected fraudulent activity (e.g., invalid payment information, duplicate orders).
Payment Terms
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- For orders over $1,000, we offer split payment via PayPal Pay in 4 or Affirm (0% APR for 6 months on qualifying purchases—see checkout for details).
- Full payment is required at order placement (for small items) or 50% deposit (for custom furniture), with the remaining 50% due before shipping.
Product Descriptions
We strive for accurate furniture descriptions (materials, sizes, colors) and images, but minor variations may occur:
- Color Differences: Wood tones (e.g., “oak Dressing table”) or sofa fabrics may vary slightly due to batch production or screen resolution.
- Size Variations: Furniture dimensions may have a 1–2” tolerance (normal for handcrafted items like sofas).
- Fabric Variations: Sofa fabrics may have slight texture differences (all meet our quality standards).
We are not liable for minor discrepancies, but we resolve significant issues (e.g., wrong material type) promptly.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s). We are not responsible for indirect damages—including (but not limited to) delivery delays affecting room renovations, damage to floors/walls during furniture moving (hire professional movers to avoid this), or assembly errors (follow instruction manuals or use our assembly service).
Updates to Terms
We may revise these terms to reflect business changes (e.g., new furniture safety standards) or legal requirements. Updated terms are posted on our platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
